Case Study :: In-house counsel saves substantial time and money using ILS technology

• Challenge
  A Fortune 500 HVAC manufacturer was still searching for the right electronic data discovery (EDD) solution as the deadline for an initial production drew near. Two leading EDD service providers were vying for the work, though one could not assign a project manager to build a quote for another two weeks and the other provided a quote for processing and review that was a staggering $450,000 – significantly more than the firm was willing to pay.
  
  With the initial production looming in just three weeks, the office of the company’s general counsel was not comfortable with their options and contacted ILS.
   
• Solution
